Meet Our Owners
Originally from Melrose, Massachusetts, Thomas Murphy dedicated 22 years to serving in the United States Marine Corps, with multiple deployments and a 5-year commitment to recruitment. He concluded his military career working in Massachusetts, leading the Marine Funeral Honors and Toys for Tots Program. A dedicated volunteer, Tom has supported numerous charitable causes, including efforts for homeless veterans and autism awareness.
Following his military service, Tom turned his passion for property ownership into a career in home improvement. Entering the industry in 2019, he rapidly advanced from sales to production and management, earning a reputation as a leader in the field. Now a co-owner of his own home improvement company, Tom is known for recruiting top talent in design, training, production, and installation, and for his commitment to exceeding customer expectations with old-school dedication.
Above all, Tom is a proud family man. With his wife Kayla and their three children, he believes in the philosophy that we work to live, not live to work, always putting family first.
Originally from Leominster, Massachusetts,
Gabe learned the home improvement industry early on his life from his father. With a background in technology, computer development, software, and business development, Gabe found his niche in the family business and branched out on his own eight years ago to create a successful bathroom remodeling company.
Not just a typical CEO, Gabe has led operations, innovated software systems, and handled everything from management to marketing.
Gabe’s dedication to family, loyalty, and quality is evident in his team—many of whom have been with him since the beginning, chosen for their passion and commitment to customer care.
